This role will lead shaping and executing the brand's social media global strategy to build engagement, drive growth, and enhance brand presence across platforms. Oversees content creation and influencer strategy across all social channels in all regions . Owns content and influencer briefing, guidelines for influencer and consumer-generated content . Actively monitors social trends & conversations, identifying opportunities for engagement to advance strategic brand priorities.

Develop and lead the short & long-term social and influencer strategy specifically for the brand ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives.
  • Create and execute platform-specific content strategies that authentically connect companies performance and lifestyle messaging with our consumers
  • Build and nurture relationships with influencers, creators and platforms.
  • Create ambassador and influencer programs, identifying and vetting potential
  • Lead a team responsible for content creation, community management, and campaign execution across social
  • Own key performance metrics for all social content, creating advanced reporting frameworks to measure engagement, conversion, and revenue impact.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, retail, digital, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across all touchpoints
  • Develop platform-specific strategies across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels to maximize engagement
  • A sports and fitness culture enthusiast who understands both the technical and aspirational elements of athletic apparel and footwear.
  • A strategic thinker who can translate performance attributes into compelling social storytelling that resonates with existing and new brand consumers.

What do you need to succeed?
The foundation skills you will need in this position are:
 
  • Years of experience: 8+years
  • Relevant experience:
  • Proven experience developing and implementing successful social media strategies for brands
  • In depth knowledge of social platforms and emerging platforms
  • Hands-on experience crafting engaging and brand-relevant content calendars
  • Familiarity with leveraging consumer-generated content
  • Experience identifying, negotiating and managing relationships with influencers, creators and agencies to drive campaigns
  • Experience with social listening and trend analysis
  • Track record of fostering brand communities
     

150 - 180k Salary Range
