Join our team as an IT Vendor Management Analyst, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing professional services for global impact. This position offers the opportunity to utilize your expertise in contract management and vendor relations while contributing to process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for IT vendor-related inquiries and issues, ensuring smooth operations.
• Conduct regular meetings with key vendors to monitor performance and address any concerns.
• Oversee the contract lifecycle, including renewals, and ensure effective agreement delivery.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) for vendor services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and improve professional services agreements.
• Identify and address performance issues, ensuring contractual obligations are met.

Skills

• Proven experience in IT Professional Services, focusing on contract development and management.
• Strong ability to interpret and draft contracts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with vendor management software and contract lifecycle management tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT Vendor Management.
