|Job ID 70244|Posted May 12, 2025Join our team as an IT Vendor Management Analyst, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing professional services for global impact. This position offers the opportunity to utilize your expertise in contract management and vendor relations while contributing to process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main contact for IT vendor-related inquiries and issues, ensuring smooth operations.
- Conduct regular meetings with key vendors to monitor performance and address any concerns.
- Oversee the contract lifecycle, including renewals, and ensure effective agreement delivery.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) for vendor services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and improve professional services agreements.
- Identify and address performance issues, ensuring contractual obligations are met.
Skills
- Proven experience in IT Professional Services, focusing on contract development and management.
- Strong ability to interpret and draft contracts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with vendor management software and contract lifecycle management tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in IT Vendor Management.
