|Job ID 70242|Posted May 14, 2025Join us as a Senior Epic Application Analyst and Developer Contractor, where you'll support and enhance Epic Cadence, Referrals, and MyChart scheduling systems to drive our strategic initiatives forward.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and document application changes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Configure and implement enhancements for Epic Cadence and Referral applications.
- Mentor developers and analysts, providing guidance on system development and implementation processes.
- Collaborate with IT Business Partners to clarify and prioritize service requests.
- Perform testing and ensure the reliability of new functionalities.
- Diagnose and resolve system issues, recommending preventative measures.
- Document technical specifications and consult on technical possibilities and limitations.
- Support third-party application software and manage vendor interactions.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, management information systems, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years in IT analysis and technical design.
- 3+ years managing projects and implementing Epic Cadence and/or Epic Referral applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in mentoring and providing professional support to peers.
- Familiarity with standard processes, procedures, and best practices in IT.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
