JOB DESCRIPTION

Join us as a Senior Epic Application Analyst and Developer Contractor, where you'll support and enhance Epic Cadence, Referrals, and MyChart scheduling systems to drive our strategic initiatives forward.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and document application changes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Configure and implement enhancements for Epic Cadence and Referral applications.
  • Mentor developers and analysts, providing guidance on system development and implementation processes.
  • Collaborate with IT Business Partners to clarify and prioritize service requests.
  • Perform testing and ensure the reliability of new functionalities.
  • Diagnose and resolve system issues, recommending preventative measures.
  • Document technical specifications and consult on technical possibilities and limitations.
  • Support third-party application software and manage vendor interactions.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, management information systems, or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years in IT analysis and technical design.
  • 3+ years managing projects and implementing Epic Cadence and/or Epic Referral applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in mentoring and providing professional support to peers.
  • Familiarity with standard processes, procedures, and best practices in IT.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
