Join a dynamic team as a QA Manager, where you'll lead the charge in test automation and quality strategy for a cutting-edge personalization project in the retail domain. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with talented professionals and make a significant impact.
Responsibilities
- Drive the test automation strategy for personalization workflows and oversee the entire Quality Engineering program.
- Collaborate with offshore teams and clients to ensure seamless execution of testing phases including Sprint, E2E, and Downstream testing.
- Develop and maintain automated test suites for APIs, UI, and data validation to ensure data integrity in personalization models.
- Work closely with data engineers, developers, and product teams to define and uphold quality standards.
- Perform performance and scalability tests for high-volume data scenarios and integrate continuous testing into CI/CD pipelines.
Skills
- 7+ years of experience in Quality Engineering with a strong focus on test automation.
- Proficiency in Selenium, Cypress, or similar automation tools, and API testing using frameworks like Postman or Rest Assured.
- Hands-on expertise with SQL, data validation, and handling large datasets.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript for automation scripting.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the retail/e-commerce domain, particularly with personalization projects.
- Knowledge of Big Data technologies, Spark, or cloud-based data platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with A/B testing and AI model validation.
- Understanding of data governance and privacy standards in the retail sector.
