Responsibilities
- Lead programs to successful completion by setting and managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
- Develop and maintain a program roadmap and strategy to ensure effective execution and delivery.
- Communicate program status and manage scope, task completion, decisions, issues, and risks.
- Oversee resource allocation and ensure consistency across program teams.
- Foster collaborative partnerships between business, IT, and operations to enhance organizational performance.
Skills
- Strong project management skills with experience in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and risk mitigation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a focus on technology-enabled solutions.
- Experience in IT project management across multiple departments for end-to-end delivery.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in pharmacy benefit management (PBM) and/or healthcare industries.
- Familiarity with Enterprise PPM tools for managing programs and projects.
- Background in managing both IT and business impacts within projects.
