Join our dynamic team as an Automation Test Engineer, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of our software systems. This is an exciting opportunity to work onsite in Cleveland, contributing to innovative projects and collaborating with a dedicated team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute automated test cases to validate software functionality and performance.
  • Translate manual test scripts into automated tests by analyzing business and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with software design teams to ensure test plans align with business requirements.
  • Prepare and manage test data, conduct peer reviews, and participate in special projects.
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical and operational issues in installed systems and services.
  • Participate in Agile processes and maintain up-to-date work items.

Skills

  • Experience with Quality Assurance methodologies and practices.
  • Proficient in software development life cycle and QA functions.
  • Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with test management tools and automated test methodologies.
  • Knowledge of multiple software development methodologies like Agile and Waterfall.
  • Experience with programming languages and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix or virtual organization.
