Responsibilities
- Coordinate and document TSA activities, ensuring effective communication and execution.
- Support the IT TSA Management Team with change requests, exit management, and escalations.
- Facilitate TSA migration plan reviews and ensure timely updates and tracking.
- Assist in TMO processes, including status reports, dispute resolutions, and workshops.
- Document and share meeting minutes, and assist in preparing leadership presentations.
- Manage TSA exit tracking documents and coordinate with relevant teams for updates.
Skills
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in managing stakeholders, risks, and changes efficiently.
- Experience in facilitating and creating documentation and presentations.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with TSA processes and understanding of TSA specifics.
