Join our dynamic team as a Senior IT Analyst where you'll play a crucial role in supporting IT TSA Management. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate on strategic projects and ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and document TSA activities, ensuring effective communication and execution.
• Support the IT TSA Management Team with change requests, exit management, and escalations.
• Facilitate TSA migration plan reviews and ensure timely updates and tracking.
• Assist in TMO processes, including status reports, dispute resolutions, and workshops.
• Document and share meeting minutes, and assist in preparing leadership presentations.
• Manage TSA exit tracking documents and coordinate with relevant teams for updates.

Skills

• Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in managing stakeholders, risks, and changes efficiently.
• Experience in facilitating and creating documentation and presentations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TSA processes and understanding of TSA specifics.
