We are seeking a talented and experienced Sr. Back End Developer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects that transform legacy systems into high-scale, cloud-native digital assets.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable applications using Java and modern development technologies.
• Implement and deploy REST-based web services and manage SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the membership experience through modernization efforts.
• Utilize microservices architecture and containerization to improve system performance.
• Participate in continuous integration workflows and ensure high-quality code through testing and reviews.

Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in software development, particularly with Java and Spring.
• Strong understanding of modern engineering concepts, including microservices and REST APIs.
• Proficiency in caching solutions and cloud computing platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Groovy and advanced database management.
• Familiarity with Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and best practices in software development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
