JOB DESCRIPTION

We're seeking a dynamic UX Architect to join our team and drive user-centered design across our digital platforms. This role blends creativity with strategic thinking, offering a chance to shape exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design a cohesive user experience for web applications.
  • Utilize design systems and adhere to accessibility standards to ensure optimal user interactions.
  • Translate business requirements into effective experience architectures through partnership with product owners and developers.
  • Lead and organize user interviews and usability testing sessions to refine design solutions.
  • Deliver comprehensive design assets, including wireframes and interactive prototypes, in an agile environment.

Skills

  • Proven experience in UX design and architecture, including creating wireframes and prototypes.
  • Strong understanding of interactive design principles and accessibility standards.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CSS and responsive design techniques.
  • Familiarity with design software such as Figma.
  • Background in leading teams, including offshore collaboration.
  • Knowledge of service design and design thinking frameworks.
