• Develop and implement studio tools and resources to support design excellence.
• Forge strong relationships with product and engineering teams to enhance design contributions.
• Advocate for the well-being and productivity of the design team.

Skills

• Proven experience in software development, particularly in Agile environments.
• Strong operational and product management skills.
• Proficiency with tools like Jira and Asana, and excellent writing abilities.
• Solid understanding of UX design principles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in navigating complex organizational structures.
• Background in research to support design initiatives.
