JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Sr. Remedy Developer and play a crucial role in developing and configuring our remedy tool to support our clients. This remote position offers a dynamic work environment and the opportunity to work on impactful projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and configuration of the remedy tool to meet client needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance in Remedy development and administration
  • Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of development processes and configurations

Skills

  • Proven experience as a Senior Remedy Developer
  • Strong expertise in Remedy development tools and administration
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency in UNIX System Administration and application development
  • ITIL V3 Foundation certification

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in consulting within the Service Management realm
  • Familiarity with data modernization and data science projects
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid remote and on-premises environment
  • Experience with web services
  • Analytical skills and business analysis expertise
