Responsibilities

• Design and develop user interfaces that support client configuration and customization.
• Utilize human-centered design methods to create engaging and strategic ideas that align with business goals.
• Conduct competitive analysis and monitor market trends to inform design processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into effective experience architectures.
• Employ various design techniques, including wireframes and interactive prototypes, to convey design decisions.
• Review and provide feedback on design artifacts to ensure quality and adherence to brand standards.
• Participate in user interviews and usability sessions to gather insights and validate design choices.

Skills

• Strong understanding of user experience best practices and interactive design principles.
• Proficiency in design thinking processes and frameworks.
• Experience with user-centered design from concept to delivery.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with CSS and responsive design techniques.
• Experience in a cross-channel environment, including mobile and desktop applications.
• Knowledge of service design principles.
• Experience collaborating with large teams on complex projects.
