Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end business intelligence solutions to enhance reporting and analysis capabilities.
• Develop innovative reporting tools to support business reviews and strategic initiatives.
• Enhance auditing tools to identify system gaps and create new capabilities for business leverage.
• Create visualization tools to improve workflows for various management and finance teams.
• Collaborate with teams to develop intelligence roadmaps for automation and productivity.
• Scale solutions across categories to ensure measurable cross-company impact.
• Analyze customer engagement to inform new insights within the broader site experience.
• Build a knowledge repository for data intelligence as a center of excellence.

Skills

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Quicksight.
• Experience with large-scale complex datasets and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into analytical plans and execute them effectively.
• Strong working knowledge of AWS cloud services including Redshift, Andes, and Glue.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with both technical and business teams.

Preferred Skills

• Graduate degree in math/statistics, computer science, or related field.
• Background in statistics, programming, and marketing.
