|Job ID 70162|Posted May 5, 2025We are seeking a talented UX Architect to join our dynamic team. This hybrid position offers the flexibility of working three days in the office, with the potential for conversion to a full-time role or extension in six-month increments.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop user-centered experiences that align with business goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Utilize human-centered design methods to create engaging and strategic ideas that influence product roadmaps.
- Conduct competitive analysis and monitor market trends to inform design processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into effective experience architectures.
- Employ various design techniques, including wireframes and interactive prototypes, to convey design decisions.
- Review and provide feedback on design artifacts to ensure alignment with brand standards.
- Participate in user interviews and usability sessions to gather insights and validate design choices.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Five to eight years of experience in UX or the digital industry, with at least one year in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of UX best practices, interactive design principles, and information architecture.
- Proficiency in design thinking processes and frameworks.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CSS and responsive design.
- Familiarity with common design software and tools.
- Experience in a cross-channel environment, including mobile and desktop platforms.
- Strong collaboration skills with large teams.
