Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of user-centered experiences across various digital products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives and user needs into engaging product flows and interactions.
- Deliver high-quality UI/UX designs, including wireframes, prototypes, and visual specifications.
- Participate in Agile product development cycles to ensure the successful execution of design initiatives.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine design solutions.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a design-related field or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in UX design or a related digital field.
- Strong understanding of user experience best practices and interactive design principles.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in leading design projects and mentoring junior designers.
- Familiarity with design thinking methodologies and workshop facilitation.
- Knowledge of web usability and online marketing principles.
- A portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and problem-solving capabilities.
