JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Technical Program Manager and lead transformative digital initiatives in procurement technology. This role offers the opportunity to drive large-scale projects, working with cutting-edge tools in a mostly remote setting.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end procurement technology programs from conception through execution and support.
  • Develop program roadmaps and define success metrics aligned with transformation goals.
  • Oversee a portfolio of projects across platforms like Ariba, ServiceNow, and others.
  • Collaborate with IT architects and vendors for system integrations and ensure business alignment.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating needs into technical solutions.
  • Lead process mapping to document current and future states for procurement operations.
  • Promote the adoption of automation and workflow enhancements.
  • Design and implement testing strategies to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Plan and manage go-live strategies and post-deployment support.
  • Support audit requirements and change management processes.

Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years in technical program or project management within procurement or related technologies.
  • Strong experience with integration platforms, APIs, and enterprise architecture best practices.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Expertise in SAP Ariba, ServiceNow, or similar tools is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with SSO, Okta, and IT compliance frameworks.
  • PMP, Agile, or SAFe certification is advantageous.
