We are seeking a dynamic Technical Product Manager to join our innovative digital sales team. This role offers the opportunity to lead the development of cutting-edge digital applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and enhancement of digital applications for deposit accounts.
• Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to deliver innovative solutions.
• Define and prioritize product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with engineering and key teams to ensure successful implementation of scalable software solutions.
• Drive Agile methodologies, managing team backlogs and defining project roadmaps.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy.
• Communicate complex technical information effectively to diverse audiences.

Skills

• Proven experience in digital product management, particularly in financial services.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and experience leading Scrum teams.
• Technical fluency with the ability to engage with engineering teams on architectural concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Jira or similar project management tools.
• Background in software engineering, data engineering, or SDET roles.
• Familiarity with user experience design principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
