JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team as a Supply Chain Project Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in delivering innovative solutions within the Global Robotics group. This exciting opportunity involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to ensure site readiness and maintain high standards of delivery.
  • Address equipment and sales order discrepancies, resolving customer issues efficiently.
  • Confidently present project updates to executives and large audiences.
  • Contribute to operational excellence by driving key performance indicators and service level agreements.
  • Lead process improvements and scalability initiatives in collaboration with supply chain leadership.
  • Promote a culture of inclusion and update internal documentation for training purposes.

Skills

  • Proven project management experience, particularly in cross-functional environments.
  • Strong background in supply chain management with a focus on process improvement.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL for data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong mathematical and logical mindset.
  • Ability to define program requirements and implement data-driven improvements.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in delivering end-to-end projects and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Background in order management within a manufacturing setting.
  • Experience in requirement gathering and documentation.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across various organizational levels.
