Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain online merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and sales.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of merchandising plans.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize product placements.
• Manage and update product information, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms.
• Lead and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Skills

• Proven experience in site merchandising or a related field, with a strong understanding of eCommerce platforms.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Strong communication skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar eCommerce platforms.
• Familiarity with digital asset management systems and project management tools.
• Background in the apparel or footwear industry is a plus.
