JOB DESCRIPTION

Join us in shaping exceptional digital experiences as a Senior UX Designer. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our products' usability and customer satisfaction in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end UX solutions including user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to create intuitive user interfaces.
  • Conduct comprehensive user research and usability testing to gain insights and enhance product design.
  • Analyze user feedback to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable design recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into exceptional user experiences.
  • Maintain and evolve the UI design system ensuring consistency and accessibility.
  • Create engaging interface copy that guides users through our product effectively.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and bring new insights to the team.

Skills

  • Proven experience in UX Design with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
  • Proficiency in Figma for creating mockups and prototypes.
  • Strong research and user testing skills with the ability to independently lead research plans.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on UX writing expertise.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the financial services industry or related fields.
  • 6-7 years of UX Design experience.
  • UX certification and a background in Design or Human-Computer Interaction.
