Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end UX solutions including user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to create intuitive user interfaces.
- Conduct comprehensive user research and usability testing to gain insights and enhance product design.
- Analyze user feedback to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable design recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into exceptional user experiences.
- Maintain and evolve the UI design system ensuring consistency and accessibility.
- Create engaging interface copy that guides users through our product effectively.
- Stay updated with industry trends and bring new insights to the team.
Skills
- Proven experience in UX Design with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
- Proficiency in Figma for creating mockups and prototypes.
- Strong research and user testing skills with the ability to independently lead research plans.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on UX writing expertise.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the financial services industry or related fields.
- 6-7 years of UX Design experience.
- UX certification and a background in Design or Human-Computer Interaction.
