Responsibilities
- Develop engaging and impactful learning content, including courses and toolkits, tailored to diverse learning needs.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to simplify complex concepts into accessible and learner-friendly materials.
- Oversee course logistics, including scheduling, platform setup, and participant communication.
- Manage learning platforms to track and report on course participation and effectiveness.
- Facilitate live and virtual training sessions, ensuring a seamless learning experience.
- Collect and analyze learner feedback to continuously improve learning programs.
Skills
- Proven experience in Learning & Development or instructional design, with a focus on large-scale learning programs.
- Hands-on expertise with Learning Management Systems and Learning Experience Platforms.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a collaborative mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with learning content development tools, such as Articulate Rise.
- Familiarity with GEN AI tools like ChatGPT and Copilot.
