Join our team as a Learning & Organization Development Consultant, where you'll play a pivotal role in fostering employee growth and driving organizational success through innovative learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging and impactful learning content, including courses and toolkits, tailored to diverse learning needs.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to simplify complex concepts into accessible and learner-friendly materials.
• Oversee course logistics, including scheduling, platform setup, and participant communication.
• Manage learning platforms to track and report on course participation and effectiveness.
• Facilitate live and virtual training sessions, ensuring a seamless learning experience.
• Collect and analyze learner feedback to continuously improve learning programs.

Skills

• Proven experience in Learning & Development or instructional design, with a focus on large-scale learning programs.
• Hands-on expertise with Learning Management Systems and Learning Experience Platforms.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a collaborative mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with learning content development tools, such as Articulate Rise.
• Familiarity with GEN AI tools like ChatGPT and Copilot.
