Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global product strategy for Microsoft Windows, aligning with organizational goals and market trends.
• Oversee the migration process from Windows 10 to Windows 11, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal performance.
• Maintain and enhance the MS Windows IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability.
• Utilize Intune for device management, security policies, and compliance across the organization.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation, configuration, and management tasks.
• Provide exceptional service and support to internal and external stakeholders, addressing issues promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and efficient product management.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate teams on new features, best practices, and updates related to Windows 11.
• Monitor and analyze system performance, implementing improvements as necessary.
• Take on new projects as necessary to support the evolving needs of the organization.

Skills

• Expertise in MS Windows IT infrastructure, Intune, and PowerShell.
• Proven experience in Windows 10 to Windows 11 migration.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
