Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a global product strategy for Microsoft Windows, aligning with organizational goals and market trends.
- Oversee the migration process from Windows 10 to Windows 11, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal performance.
- Maintain and enhance the MS Windows IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability.
- Utilize Intune for device management, security policies, and compliance across the organization.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation, configuration, and management tasks.
- Provide exceptional service and support to internal and external stakeholders, addressing issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and efficient product management.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate teams on new features, best practices, and updates related to Windows 11.
- Monitor and analyze system performance, implementing improvements as necessary.
- Take on new projects as necessary to support the evolving needs of the organization.
Skills
- Expertise in MS Windows IT infrastructure, Intune, and PowerShell.
- Proven experience in Windows 10 to Windows 11 migration.
- Strong project management skills.

Preferred Skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
