Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging training sessions on proprietary systems both in classrooms and at client locations.
- Evaluate client learning through post-training assessments to ensure course objectives are met.
- Stay updated with personal training and development to maintain a current skill set.
- Collaborate in the creation of course materials and utilize new technologies to enhance learning experiences.
- Facilitate webinars and remote training sessions on specific topics.
Skills
- Proven experience in adult training within a technical classroom environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively, approximately 22 weeks per year, including internationally.
- Proficient in English, French, and Spanish, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Spanish and English are a must, French would be nice
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate leadership qualities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in computer hardware and software installation.
- Knowledge in forensic science or firearms is advantageous.
