Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging training sessions on proprietary systems both in classrooms and at client locations.
• Evaluate client learning through post-training assessments to ensure course objectives are met.
• Stay updated with personal training and development to maintain a current skill set.
• Collaborate in the creation of course materials and utilize new technologies to enhance learning experiences.
• Facilitate webinars and remote training sessions on specific topics.

Skills

• Proven experience in adult training within a technical classroom environment.
• Willingness to travel extensively, approximately 22 weeks per year, including internationally.
• Proficient in English, French, and Spanish, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Spanish and English are a must, French would be nice
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate leadership qualities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in computer hardware and software installation.
• Knowledge in forensic science or firearms is advantageous.
