We are seeking a dynamic Technical Product Manager to join our team, focusing on enhancing digital experiences and driving product innovation. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize digital capabilities and experiences.
• Establish and maintain effective communication regarding product work and performance metrics.
• Partner with various teams to promote optimal solutions and facilitate execution.
• Conduct data analysis and customer research to identify key problems and solutions.
• Develop and manage a roadmap for the Digital Move Money Experience.
• Advocate for customer-centric approaches to create innovative digital products.
• Present findings and strategies to peers and leadership effectively.
• Manage product artifacts and ensure they evolve with business needs.

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in digital product development.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and competitive market research.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in financial services or direct-to-consumer industries.
• Strong presentation skills, particularly in PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with user experience design principles.
• Ability to articulate trade-offs between customer experience and risk management.
