Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain technology solutions, ensuring they meet non-functional requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-driven technology solutions.
- Engage proactively with product teams during sprint ceremonies and other meetings as needed.
- Review and recommend design solutions to enhance business and operational value.
- Partner with other engineers for code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure timely delivery of stories within 2-week sprint cycles, including completion of unit testing before QA.
Skills
- Proven experience in designing and developing APIs for over 5 years.
- Proficiency in Java, Spring, and Spring Boot frameworks.
- Experience with GitHub, Jenkins, and Groovy.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical team members.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with API management and integration frameworks like WSO2.
- Experience in environments with regulatory compliance requirements such as HIPAA or PCI.
- Background in the health care industry or PBM.
