Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business partners to define and develop requirements for claims-related initiatives.
- Manage the lifecycle of capabilities, ensuring alignment with business needs and strategic goals.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with relevant teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Utilize a prioritization framework to manage capabilities related to cost, business value, and service delivery.
- Champion the capability by representing and engaging with business and IT stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
- Mitigate risks and resolve issues associated with capability delivery, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Skills
- Proven experience in project management, capability management, or business analysis.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with relevant tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Ability to build networks and foster collaboration across teams.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with medical claims systems and process improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with project deliverables in fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated ability to gather and evaluate business requirements effectively.
- Experience working directly with senior-level stakeholders.
