Join our dynamic team as a Jr. Copywriter where creativity meets strategy! We're seeking a talented individual with Beauty, Cosmetics, and/or Lifestyle brand experience to craft compelling digital content that resonates with Gen Alpha audiences and elevates our client's brand voice.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging copy for digital platforms, including social media, email, paid media, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with brand partners to refine and align content with our client's brand voice.
• Edit and review copy from team members to ensure consistency and quality.
• Work closely with designers to ensure cohesive messaging and tone across all digital media.
• Adapt quickly to our brand voice and contribute to in-store and print deliverables as needed.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Advertising, or related. 
• 1+ years of writing & editing experience in agency, editorial, or in-house settings.
• Experience creating copy for beauty or lifestyle brands.
• Excellent emotional intelligence, with the ability to manage communications effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining flexibility.
• Demonstrated ability to receive and respond to feedback constructively.
