• Capable of big picture thinking, critical thinking, identification and proactive management of risk/issues, and decision making
• Demonstrates problem solving techniques and ability to escalate at the right time at the appropriate level
• Able to influence and communicate with stakeholders across all levels of the organization with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrates situational awareness and able to flex to different styles
• Experience managing project(s) that include both IT and Business impacts, primary focus of technology enabled solutions
• Experience building & maintaining detailed project plans across all impacted areas
• Experience in proactively identifying program risks & appropriate mitigation plans
• Experience in managing to the plan, including proactive management of scope, schedule, budget, risk mitigations plans and issues
• Able to identify situations that require escalation and the appropriate path to take
• Able to effectively manage stakeholder expectations.
• Able to independently manage multiple projects of varying sizes adjusting their approach to the needs of the effort
• 7+ years of experience in IT project Management (Agile, Waterfall) working on projects across multiple departments in the organization for end-to-end delivery
• 5+ years project financial management (including managing program forecasts, estimations, monthly tracking and reporting actuals against forecast).
• 5+ years experience managing Programs/Projects using Enterprise PPM tools.
• 2+ years experience managing internal/external stakeholders.
Preferred Experience/Skills:
• PBM &/or Healthcare experience is highly preferable
