JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented UI Architect / Micro Front End Expert to join our team on a 3-6 month contract with the possibility of extension. This is a remote position based in New York, where you will be a key player in driving our front-end architecture and implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple team codebases across repositories efficiently.
  • Implement and optimize Vite for fast and efficient builds.
  • Develop and maintain micro front-ends using Module Federation.
  • Ensure seamless feature on-demand loading and headless store management.
  • Oversee headless router management and headless brochure content/simple CMS integration.
  • Publish and integrate component libraries effectively.
  • Handle cloud publishing and deployment tasks.
  • Utilize GitLab for version control and CI/CD processes.
  • Ensure code quality using Lint and Sonar.
  • Develop with hard core React and ES6/JavaScript without relying on magic libraries.

Skills

  • Proven experience with Vite and Micro-FE.
  • Expertise in Module Federation and feature on-demand loading.
  • Strong knowledge of headless store and router management.
  • Experience with headless brochure content/simple CMS.
  • Proficiency in component library publishing and integration.
  • Mastery of NPM and package management.
  • Solid understanding of cloud publishing and deployment.
  • Familiarity with GitLab, Lint, and Sonar.
  • Advanced skills in React and ES6/JavaScript.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Redux or similar store management libraries.
  • Knowledge of REST/Fetch for API integration.
  • Familiarity with Lighthouse, Axe, and Screaming Frog for performance and accessibility testing.
