|Job ID 69980|Posted Apr 21, 2025We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master to join our agile team and help drive agile transformation across products and lines of business. Responsibilities
- Advocate and champion agile principles across the Technology organization.
- Provide creative solutions to agile transformation challenges.
- Utilize agile methods flexibly, incorporating traditional project management when needed.
- Manage and facilitate team ceremonies, including product planning, backlog refinement, and sprint planning.
- Coach teams and leaders in agile principles, roles, and frameworks.
- Foster a continuous improvement environment to build high-performing teams.
- Track and report on metrics to measure progress and agile maturity.
- Guide product management teams in defining MVPs, developing product charters, and managing backlogs.
- Train and mentor other Agilists and participate in communities of practice.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Five or more years of experience in Agile technology delivery.
- Five or more years of experience in Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC) teams.
- Strong knowledge of Agile values, principles, and practices.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication, collaboration, and leadership.
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing multiple agile teams simultaneously.
- Experience with agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MURAL.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or similar certification.
- Experience with distributed teams in multiple time zones.
- Ability to influence others and implement change in a complex business environment.

This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
