We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master to join our agile team and help drive agile transformation across products and lines of business. If you are passionate about leading change, fostering new ways of thinking, and building new capabilities, this role is for you!

Responsibilities

• Advocate and champion agile principles across the Technology organization.
• Provide creative solutions to agile transformation challenges.
• Utilize agile methods flexibly, incorporating traditional project management when needed.
• Manage and facilitate team ceremonies, including product planning, backlog refinement, and sprint planning.
• Coach teams and leaders in agile principles, roles, and frameworks.
• Foster a continuous improvement environment to build high-performing teams.
• Track and report on metrics to measure progress and agile maturity.
• Guide product management teams in defining MVPs, developing product charters, and managing backlogs.
• Train and mentor other Agilists and participate in communities of practice.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Five or more years of experience in Agile technology delivery.
• Five or more years of experience in Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC) teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile values, principles, and practices.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication, collaboration, and leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing multiple agile teams simultaneously.
• Experience with agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MURAL.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or similar certification.
• Experience with distributed teams in multiple time zones.
• Ability to influence others and implement change in a complex business environment.
