Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support for IT infrastructure, including workstation, telecom, and networking systems.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain Windows PCs, printers, and basic networking equipment.
• Assist with VOIP support and ensure optimal performance of telecom systems.
• Monitor and manage IT service management (ITSM) tickets to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of service and resource uptime.
• Participate in training and compliance activities related to IT and safety protocols.

Skills

• Proven experience in IT infrastructure support, particularly with Windows operating systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
• Familiarity with networking concepts, including TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, and VPN.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IT service management tools and processes.
• Knowledge of VOIP systems and telecom support.
• Background in supporting manufacturing or production environments.
• Certifications related to IT infrastructure or networking.
