Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support for IT infrastructure, including workstation, telecom, and networking systems.
- Configure, deploy, and maintain Windows PCs, printers, and basic networking equipment.
- Assist with VOIP support and ensure optimal performance of telecom systems.
- Monitor and manage IT service management (ITSM) tickets to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of service and resource uptime.
- Participate in training and compliance activities related to IT and safety protocols.
Skills
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure support, particularly with Windows operating systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, including TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, and VPN.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with IT service management tools and processes.
- Knowledge of VOIP systems and telecom support.
- Background in supporting manufacturing or production environments.
- Certifications related to IT infrastructure or networking.
