Responsibilities
- Research, identify, and support the build of product features in collaboration with Program Managers, Business Owners, Product Owners, and internal/vendor delivery teams.
- Gather and interpret data from various sources, providing actionable recommendations to drive product development and enhancement.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to discover and deliver the best solutions to market problems.
- Document business requirements for user stories and ensure ongoing product support, including story/requirements writing, documentation, and testing input.
- Assist development teams by answering questions on requirements and providing input on testing strategy.
- Maintain technical documentation of system and business processes.
- Build strong relationships with team members, business users, stakeholders, subject matter experts, and vendors to navigate through problems and decisions.
Skills
- 3+ years of related professional experience.
- Experience in both waterfall and agile development environments.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with writing business/functional requirements and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent written, oral, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to negotiate expectations between multiple parties.
- Exposure to process improvement with a high level of execution focus.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, or a relevant field.
- Experience working in the managed care/healthcare insurance industry.
