Join our team as a Product Analyst and play a crucial role in driving product development and enhancement by gathering and interpreting data, collaborating with stakeholders, and supporting product features. Responsibilities

• Research, identify, and support the build of product features in collaboration with Program Managers, Business Owners, Product Owners, and internal/vendor delivery teams.
• Gather and interpret data from various sources, providing actionable recommendations to drive product development and enhancement.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to discover and deliver the best solutions to market problems.
• Document business requirements for user stories and ensure ongoing product support, including story/requirements writing, documentation, and testing input.
• Assist development teams by answering questions on requirements and providing input on testing strategy.
• Maintain technical documentation of system and business processes.
• Build strong relationships with team members, business users, stakeholders, subject matter experts, and vendors to navigate through problems and decisions.

Skills

• 3+ years of related professional experience.
• Experience in both waterfall and agile development environments.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with writing business/functional requirements and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent written, oral, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to negotiate expectations between multiple parties.
• Exposure to process improvement with a high level of execution focus.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, or a relevant field.
• Experience working in the managed care/healthcare insurance industry.
