Responsibilities

• Develop human-centered experiences that are personalized, clear, helpful, and inclusive.
• Utilize design-thinking, service design, and research methods to influence product roadmaps.
• Conduct competitive analysis and monitor market trends to inform design processes.
• Translate business and user needs into end-to-end customer experiences.
• Design omni-channel experiences that drive product adoption and improve customer satisfaction.
• Validate designs through experimentation, testing, and optimization.
• Champion design integration within an agile environment across the release cycle.
• Collaborate with design peers and stakeholders to ensure deliverables align with the brand.

Skills

• User experience design (3-5 years).
• Product design (3-5 years).
• Visual design (3-5 years).
• Strong collaboration skills with product managers, software engineers, and agilists.
• Ability to plan and design solutions that synchronize resources to achieve business results.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in design systems, service blueprints, and reusability.
• Deep understanding of target customer through research and persona creation.
• Facilitation of cross-functional design sessions to build empathy for users.
• Experience in product strategy, vision and planning, and performance measurement.
