JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a creative and experienced Art Director to lead design initiatives for a dynamic medical device division. This role offers the opportunity to shape visual branding and marketing strategies while collaborating with a talented team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design direction and development of innovative marketing materials, including print, digital, and interactive mediums.
  • Guide a team of designers through the creative process, ensuring consistency and quality across all projects.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to present design concepts and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee the execution of product campaigns and marketing collateral, maintaining brand integrity.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new ideas into design strategies.

Skills

  • Proven experience in art direction or senior graphic design, preferably within an agency or corporate environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative concepts and successful project execution.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with Microsoft Office 365.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate design ideas effectively.
  • Strong organizational and management skills to prioritize multiple projects.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in branding and online marketing strategies.
  • Ability to integrate creative ideas across various media platforms.
  • Knowledge of broadcast media and its application in design.
  • Experience leading design projects from concept to completion.
