JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr Capability/Project Manager to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to lead transformative projects within the healthcare industry, ensuring a seamless claim experience for all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the intake, delivery, and readiness of IT and operational capabilities to meet business needs.
  • Facilitate capability grooming and refinement, translating gaps into actionable requirements.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met within budget and timelines.
  • Support business case development and capital planning through impact assessments.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Oversee deployment strategies and provide post-go-live support to ensure operational readiness.

Skills

  • Proven experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with claim management and adjudication.
  • Strong background in agile project management methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to produce executive-level reports and presentations.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Ability to lead and engage with senior stakeholders effectively.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Aha! or Rally project management tools.
  • Familiarity with agile team dynamics and capability maturity growth.
  • Background in leading steering committee meetings.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across diverse teams.
