JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities
As a Sr. RBAC Specialist, you will be responsible for the following:
•    Required 4-5 of years.
•    Develop and refine the RBAC Onboarding “Pre-flight” Process to ensure seamless and efficient onboarding.
•    Help plan out RBAC onboarding waves using the UKG Business Intelligence report as its scope foundation.
•    Plan for and build Okta Access Requests for applications currently assigned directly to individual users.
•    Build Manager to RBAC Mapping, RBAC User Catalog, and App Catalog for each wave, ensuring data uniqueness and integrity.
•    Complete RBAC Onboarding, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all steps.
•    Perform any post-onboarding activities needed to maintain and optimize the RBAC framework.

•    Highly engaged, organized, communicative, and a self-starter with minimal oversight.
•    Analytical approach and critical thinking skills to evaluate and solve complex access control issues.
•    Responsible for fulfilling work commitments, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards.
•    Ability to build detailed, intuitive documentation to support the RBAC processes and procedures.
•    Experience in contributing to and/or crafting new RBAC-related automations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
