JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented Machine Learning Engineer/AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role requires a blend of in-office and remote work, with exciting opportunities in Atlanta and Minneapolis.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor AI use cases using tools like Fiddler AI or Lumenova
  • Analyze AI model metrics and data to identify patterns, biases, and anomalies
  • Develop and implement effective prompts to test model behavior
  • Ensure AI models adhere to safety standards by detecting and mitigating hallucinations and safety violations
  • Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate model performance and potential issues
  • Interpret model explanations to identify areas for improvement
  • Maintain and debug cloud platform stack, collaborating with cloud engineers and vendors

Skills

  • Proficiency with Fiddler AI and Lumenova tools (3-5 years)
  • Strong knowledge of Azure/cloud platforms (3-5 years)
  • Experience in AI use case implementation (3-5 years)
  • Expertise in data analysis, statistical knowledge, and bias detection techniques
  • Ability to create effective visualizations and dashboards
  • Strong understanding of AI model metrics and monitoring capabilities

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with prompt engineering and understanding model responses
  • Knowledge of protected attributes and assessing bias across demographic groups
  • Familiarity with root cause analysis and model explainability features
