JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a skilled Senior Project/Program Manager to lead an IT program focused on integrating a new brand. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex projects while collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall program strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
  • Manage multiple workstreams, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and project objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal departments and external partners, to foster collaboration and efficient delivery.
  • Maintain detailed project timelines and manage the creation of both technical and business deliverables.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and ensure adherence to contract deliverables.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues and escalating concerns as necessary.
  • Communicate program status, challenges, and successes to senior leadership, maintaining trust and alignment.

Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in IT project/program management, particularly in brand integration and enterprise system integration.
  • Proven ability to manage large, complex programs involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with hands-on experience using project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and coalition-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail in managing timelines and budgets.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence, for project management and reporting.
  • Knowledge of budgeting and financial tracking tools.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor performance effectively.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
