Responsibilities
- Implement and manage Dynatrace environments for monitoring infrastructure, applications, and cloud services.
- Configure dashboards to enhance visibility into system health and performance.
- Review existing observability solutions and recommend improvements.
- Maintain and update monitoring scripts for Unix and Windows servers.
- Develop custom monitoring solutions using various performance and log analytics tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align observability solutions with business needs.
- Analyze telemetry data to identify trends and gaps, producing reports and recommendations.
Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering monitoring solutions.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace architecture and best practices.
- Proficiency in deploying and troubleshooting Dynatrace One Agent and Active Gates.
- Experience with AWS CloudWatch for application performance monitoring.
- Strong analytical skills to resolve application performance issues.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in configuring and managing enterprise-level monitoring solutions.
- Familiarity with ITSM solutions and Event Management processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical information effectively.
