|Job ID 69864|Posted Apr 7, 2025We are seeking a talented and experienced Sr. Network Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a comprehensive enterprise environment, focusing on network monitoring and performance management.
Responsibilities
- Administer and enhance network monitoring tools to ensure optimal performance across the enterprise.
- Configure and manage data collection and monitoring of network devices in various locations, including corporate headquarters and remote facilities.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and diagrams for network monitoring infrastructure.
- Collaborate on multiple technical projects while keeping abreast of industry trends and technologies.
- Implement automation of technical tasks to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills
- 5+ years of experience with network monitoring tools in an enterprise setting.
- Strong knowledge of network fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, MPLS, and BGP.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting SNMP data collection and alerts.
- Experience with Linux operating systems, particularly RHEL and Ubuntu.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and Event Management solutions.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Broadcom/CA Spectrum and Riverbed NetIM.
- REST API scripting capabilities.
- Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA) certification.
- ITIL certification and knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Background in the airline industry and related technologies.
