- Lead programs to achieve business objectives, managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
- Track and monitor business objectives and ROI, taking corrective action as needed.
- Oversee resource allocation to balance workloads and ensure task completion.
- Act as the escalation point for program teams, maintaining team morale and stakeholder communications.
- Develop program roadmaps, task plans, and strategies to support execution and delivery.
- Ensure effective management of scope, task completion, decisions, issues, and risks.
- Oversee resource plans, project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring consistency and integrity.
- Support organizational change management and build collaborative partnerships between business, IT, and operations.
Skills
- Strong critical thinking, risk management, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in problem-solving and escalation techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience managing IT and business impact projects with a focus on technology-enabled solutions.
- Proven ability to build and maintain detailed project plans and manage program risks and mitigation plans.
- 7+ years of experience in IT project management (Agile, Waterfall) across multiple departments.
- 5+ years of experience in project financial management, including forecasts, estimations, and tracking
- NIST 800-53, Risk Mgmt, preferably CISM certification
- Experience working on projects implementing security across the different domains, IAM, logging, monitoring, alerting, GRC, network security, etc.
- 5+ years of experience using Enterprise PPM tools for program/project management.
- 2+ years of experience managing internal/external stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or healthcare industry.
