JOB DESCRIPTION

We're looking for a Sr. Systems Engineer to join our team for a dynamic role in managing and optimizing our mobile and Apple MacBook devices. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and ensure top-notch device security and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Administer Omnissa Workspace One (AirWatch) for mobile and Apple MacBook devices.
  • Drive device patching compliance to maintain up-to-date security measures and software enhancements.
  • Deploy and manage software across the platform, including installation, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and maintain Mobile Device Management (MDM) policies using Omnissa Workspace One (AirWatch).
  • Serve as a specialist for deploying, managing, tracking, and auditing Apple MacBook and mobile devices.
  • Troubleshoot, monitor, and diagnose problems with Apple MacBook, mobile device hardware, and software for Android and MacOS/iOS.
  • Document and organize operating procedures for device configurations, technical support, processes, and procedures.

Skills

  • At least 3+ years of experience with Omnissa Workspace One (AirWatch).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting MacOS, Android Enterprise, and iOS using Workspace One.
  • Experience managing Workspace One infrastructure and its components at scale.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, analytical abilities, self-starter attitude, problem-solving skills, and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in developing and maintaining MDM policies.
  • Specialist knowledge in deploying, managing, tracking, and auditing Apple MacBook/mobile devices.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, monitor, and diagnose hardware and software issues for mobile devices.
  • Proficiency in documenting operating procedures and technical support processes.
