JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to lead complex technical projects in a remote capacity. This role offers the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams and drive large-scale projects to successful completion.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex technical projects from conception to completion.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.
  • Oversee project quality standards through rigorous testing and validation processes.
  • Facilitate quarterly planning processes and coordinate strategic task planning across teams.
  • Promote and advance agile methodologies within the team.
  • Utilize tools like JIRA and Smartsheet to streamline project planning and execution.

Skills

  • Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager with a track record of delivering large-scale projects.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities and experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong background in risk management and resource coordination.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in project management for software implementations and supply chain distribution applications.
  • Familiarity with agile principles and methodologies.
  • Ability to facilitate cross-team collaboration and communication.
