JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Technical Specialist with expertise in SAP PTP to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to lead complex projects and make a significant impact in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

  • Provide in-depth technical expertise and direction in the development and support of application systems and programming requirements.
  • Lead requirements gathering workshops for project scoping and estimation.
  • Coordinate with external partners and suppliers to ensure project success.
  • Conduct technical configuration, code reviews, and solution testing.
  • Deliver comprehensive project documentation, including change requests and system validation.
  • Evaluate and recommend new software, utilities, and tools to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Serve as a technical expert, guiding projects and technical staff in developing and implementing innovative solutions.
  • Monitor performance and conduct capacity planning to ensure optimal system functionality.

Skills

  • Degree in IT or a complementary business field.
  • 10-13 years of experience in SAP PTP process areas, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Strong problem determination and resolution skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and partnering abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
  • Understanding of process costs and service level agreements.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior management experience in a technical environment.
  • Experience in root cause analysis and problem-solving.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
