- Assist in managing workflows and project forecasting
- Establish and implement processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Serve as a Senior Digital Producer, managing projects by defining scope, creating estimates, building timelines, and leading cross-functional teams
- Communicate clearly with all team members to ensure shared understanding of project goals/KPIs, timeframes, project status, and risks
- Work with other team leads to identify and prospect for new digital opportunities
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, detail-oriented, multi-tasking, and time management skills
- Familiarity with Mac and PC platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, bug tracking software such as Jira, CMS platforms such as Wordpress and Squarespace
- A Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) and 6-8 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
While this role does not have direct report management responsibilities, the successful candidate will be expected to provide day-to-day support, guidance, and mentorship for the team, mediating conflict, navigating challenges, and building consensus on key decisions.
