JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Product Analyst to join their dynamic team. This role is integral to delivering an exceptional customer experience, aligned with business goals and objectives. The Product Analyst will be responsible for supporting all day-to-day facets of highly complex and integrated digital product delivery, including creative, business, and technical requirements, product scoping, quality assurance, and post-release support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product lifecycle for assigned products under the direction of the Product Owner
- Gather and write user stories and acceptance criteria based on stakeholder needs
- Maintain industry knowledge and insight to inform product roadmap
- Coordinate and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with a focus on customer experience
- Analyze support issues to identify trends and improvement opportunities

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of their digital product, an ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for the customer. They will also have experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or a similar role, and a strong understanding of Agile terms and processes.

Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in Product Management, Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or a similar role
- 3+ years of digital experience
- Strong technical understanding, with the ability to translate to non-technical partners
- Experience with Agile Product Team environments
- Proficiency in documenting technical processes
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail

This role will be part of a larger Digital Operations team, working closely with other product teams to deliver a rich, feature-filled digital experience for customers. The role is open to both local hybrid and remote candidates, with the expectation to accommodate an 8:30 - 5 EST schedule. Our client is looking to fill this role as soon as possible.
