JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is seeking a dedicated Project Manager with a focus on Social Media and Digital Creative. This role will be responsible for coordinating communication across stakeholders, leading comprehensive project planning, and ensuring the timely and efficient creation of marketing campaigns. This role can be fully remote, with a preference for candidates comfortable working in Central Standard Time (CST).

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project and task management, including attending kickoff meetings, assessing resources, timelines, and execution plans.
- Serve as a liaison between Creative, Influencer, and Strategy/Marketing teams, as well as external partners.
- Develop and manage timelines, budgets, and channel deliverables.
- Run review meetings in partnership with internal creative leads and track feedback to facilitate edits/updates with internal and external creatives.
- Collaborate actively with internal creative partners to communicate feedback to external partners and ensure updates are made in accordance with creative leadership feedback.
- Support the Pod teams by ensuring accountability across channel deliverables.
- Coordinate communications between Pod working teams and creative agencies to facilitate a frictionless process for all.

Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Project Management, Design, Business Management).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, trafficking, or creative services, preferably in social media and digital channels.
- Prior experience in a creative agency.
- Knowledge of video creation and production is highly preferred.
- Proactive creative thinking, excellent time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple, complex projects at any given time across various brand initiatives.
- A positive attitude and a passion for collaboration in a fast-paced creative environment.
