- Guide and coach the team on Agile practices and principles to deliver high-quality products and services
- Recognize areas of strength and improvement within the team, employing appropriate coaching and development techniques
- Facilitate and support all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to influence decision-making and support organizational project or product teams
- Resolve team impediments and limit external interference
- Collaborate with Agile coaches and other Scrum Masters to grow within the role and contribute to the advancement of Agile practices within the organization
Qualifications/Skills:
- Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills
- Extensive knowledge of program and project management principles and methods
- Knowledge of multiple PPM and agile frameworks (i.e. Waterfall, Hybrid, Scrum, XP, Kanban, LeSS, etc.)
- Proficiency in using appropriate tools, such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Visio, ServiceNow, and all MS Office Tools
- Understanding of financial controls needed in project management and consulting work, experience with budget tracking
Education and Certification Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 7 years of product/project development experience on an Agile Team
- First level PM and Scrum Master certification (CSM ) (PSM), PMI-ACP, PMI-PMP
- Preferred: Lean Six Sigma certification, PMI- PgMP, Second or Third level Scrum Master certification (A-CSM, PSM II, PSM III, CSP, CTC), CSPO or equivalent
