JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is seeking a dedicated and creative Product Developer Sampling to join their dynamic team. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about fashion, retail, and eCommerce, who are eager to contribute to a diverse and inclusive work environment.

As an Associate Product Developer, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the development and execution of products from design intent to production. You will be responsible for maintaining development documents and reports, ensuring that all timeframes are met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Tracking and checking in samples, ensuring system updates by region
- Assessing risks and troubleshooting issues
- Collaborating with regional and cross-functional partners on sample accuracy and quality
- Maintaining data entry, report running, and BOM maintenance in the Flex system
- Organizing color sample pass-offs to region/vendors and tracking sent packages
- Attending key meetings, including Cross Functional Team Meetings, Color Blitz, Sample pass-offs, and Weekly Fittings
- Assisting and training new hires during the onboarding phase

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in business/product development or a related area, or equivalent experience. They should have 1-3 years of related experience and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and result-driven communication with business partners. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook is required, and basic knowledge of Flex PLM and Salesforce is preferred. Candidates should also have the ability to prioritize and multitask, basic knowledge of garment construction, and the ability to communicate design aesthetic direction to vendors/regional offices.
