JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Market Planning Analyst to join their dynamic team. This role is integral to supporting omni-channel campaign execution, including direct mail, email, SMS, app, and corresponding offer creation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing campaigns and offers, supporting direct mail, SMS, app, and email programs using campaign execution tools and offer platforms
- Update accurate offer-related documentation, ensuring accuracy prior to distribution to cross-functional partners
- Contribute to the analysis and optimization of team processes, using data-driven insights to improve workflows and efficiency
- Responsible for weekly count validation for campaign populations and testing and validating offer functionality prior to the start of a campaign redemption window

Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous experience working in a data warehouse environment preferred
- Proficiency in SQL or a strong willingness to learn
- Familiarity with campaign tools such as ADOBE, UNICA, and/or CRM tools like Salesforce, Oracle CRM
- Experience in a fast-paced environment such as marketing, analytics, or finance
- Strong communication skills with the ability to understand technical requirements and build a plan of execution
- Analytical thinker with the ability to identify and proactively solve problems

Education:
- Bachelor's/associate degree in Finance, IT, Business, Economics, Marketing, Math, related disciplines, or equivalent work experience
